About Maha Adwan

Who am I?
My name is Maha Adwan, and I was born on March 15, 1990, in Lebanon. Currently, I live in Beirut at 123 Cedar Lane, though I also have a permanent address in Tripoli at 45 Olive Street. I completed my undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the American University of Beirut in 2012. To further my education, I pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Saint Joseph, graduating in 2016.
Professionally, I have built a career in project management and business analysis. Since 2017, I have been working as a Project Manager at the Middle East Development Corporation (MEDC) in Beirut. In this role, I lead cross-functional teams, develop and implement project plans, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. I coordinate closely with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Before this, I served as a Business Analyst at Arab Bank from 2012 to 2017, where I analyzed financial data, created reports for senior management, and helped implement new banking systems and processes.
I have developed strong skills in project management, data analysis, strategic planning, and team leadership. I am fluent in Arabic and English, and I am also proficient in French. My professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
Beyond my professional life, I have a passion for traveling, photography, and volunteering. I love exploring new cultures and destinations, capturing beautiful landscapes and cityscapes through my photography, and giving back to the community, especially through programs focused on youth education. These interests reflect my commitment to both personal and professional growth.
